Checkpoint - PWA
Checkpoint is a Web PWA and iOS concept championed by a few passionate gamers who are sick of not being able to track their backlogs without having to use other services they believe don't have good enough UX.
The Ongoing Project
Checkpoint is predominately an iOS based experience, but the founder brought me onboard after realising that individuals outside the Apple walled garden (myself included) enjoy well built experiences within the web browser - web apps lower the barrier for entry, reduce user friction and if well designed offer a 1:1 experience with native.
Checkpoint as a whole is targeting a mid-2026 release of their MVP which will feature PSN, Xbox and Steam integration from the outset - check out their landing page for more details and to sign up to their upcoming beta test - they're only letting 50 people in!
